Call Centre Funeral Agent

A1 Groupis an authorized Financial Service Provider we require dynamic and skilled agents to spearhead a funeral sales campaign. This is for one of the leading insurers in South Africa. Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload and re-organize tasks as necessary

Ability:

· Good telephone etiquette

· Objection Handling skills

· Active listen skills

· Attention to detail

· Must speak multiple languages

Candidate Requirements:

Outbound Sales experience in a Call Center (+ 2 years’ experience)
Matric or other relevant qualifications
Contactable references

· Must be sales orientated.
