Experienced Call Centre Sales Agent
Location: Milnerton, Cape Town — near Sable Square
Employment Type: Full-time
Start Date: October 2026
Positions Available: 10
Remuneration: Basic Salary + Lucrative Commission
About the Opportunity
We are building a new mobile sales team and are looking for experienced, target-driven Call Centre Sales Agents who are confident selling over the telephone and motivated by achieving strong results.
This is not an entry-level opportunity. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of call centre sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell mobile contracts to the South African market.
- Conduct outbound/inbound sales calls and identify customer needs.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Effectively handle customer objections and close sales.
- Maintain a strong conversion rate and sales performance.
- Provide professional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Accurately capture customer information and sales applications.
- Take ownership of individual sales performance and results.
- Work collaboratively within a high-performance sales environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of call centre sales experience — non-negotiable.
- Previous BPO/contact centre experience will be highly advantageous.
- Proven telephone sales experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target and results driven.
- Confident handling objections and closing sales.
- Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
- Reliable, professional and committed to achieving targets.
