Are you a motivated communicator? SUSCON is seeking energetic, customer-focused Call Centre Sales Agents to join our Johannesburg team.

Our experienced team represents and promotes a wide range of products and services, using our network and industry knowledge to boost sales, support growth, increase brand awareness, and deliver excellent customer experiences. As part of our team, you will play an important role in continuing that success for our clients and their customers.

Contact prospective and existing customers by phone

Present and sell products and services effectively

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

Keep accurate records of customer interactions

Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs

Deliver excellent customer service and support

Excellent spoken communication skills

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

Professional handling of customer queries

Good telephone manner

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Previous sales or call centre experience is beneficial but not required

Pay: R5 000,00 - R8 000,00 per month

Work Location: In person
