The Role:
As a Campaign Operations Executive, you will own multiple B2B lead generation campaigns concurrently, managing them from client onboarding through to final fulfilment. You will ensure every campaign launches correctly, delivers against agreed SLAs, and meets strict targeting and quality standards.
You will act as the operational lead, coordinating across Sales, Data, Email, and Client Operation teams while maintaining full accountability for delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Serve as the campaign delivery lead, managing each stage from launch to close.

· Liaise directly with clients to gather campaign specifications, manage feedback, and provide updates.

· Translate campaign briefs into actionable plans and coordinate internally with multiple teams.

· Monitor timelines and workflow to ensure deliverables are met on schedule.

· Identify risks or blockers early and implement resolutions quickly.

· Ensure campaigns adhere to agreed-upon targeting, data quality, and output volumes.

· Conduct post-campaign analysis and debriefs for continuous improvement.

About You:

We are looking for experienced professionals who understand B2B campaign execution and operational discipline, you will have:

• 2+ years’ experience in Campaign Operations, Lead Generation, or B2B Demand Gen delivery
• Proven experience managing multiple live campaigns simultaneously
• Strong understanding of B2B targeting, lead qualification, and data validation processes
• Experience working with CRMs, lead management systems, or delivery platforms
• Intermediate to advanced Excel capability for data validation, reporting, and QA
• Strong stakeholder and client communication skills
• A structured, process-driven mindset with high attention to detail
• Confidence operating under tight deadlines and fixed SLAs
• A proactive approach to identifying risks before they impact delivery
