Maintenance Technician / Handyman TalstarProp Property Management & Maintenance Cape Town, Western Cape Salary: R8,000 per month (3-Month Probation) | Increase to R10,000 upon successful completion of probation. TalstarProp is looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician with experience across multiple trades. Requirements: Minimum 3 years maintenance experience Experience in plumbing, painting, tiling, bricklaying, waterproofing and general maintenance Basic electrical knowledge will be advantageous Ability to work independently Good workmanship and attention to detail Valid driver's licence is advantageous Trades Welcome: Electricians Plumbers Tilers Painters Bricklayers Carpenters General Handymen We are looking for a practical "Jack of All Trades" who can deliver quality work and represent the company professionally on site.
