CAR SALES EXECUTIVE – AUTOWORLD GOODWOOD

Are you an experienced Used Car Sales Executive who knows how to close deals?

Autoworld Goodwood is looking for a driven, experienced and highly motivated Car Sales Executive to join our team.

This is NOT a training position. We are looking for someone who can walk onto the showroom floor and sell.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in USED CAR SALES.

You must:

• Have a strong knowledge of vehicles, specifications, features and the used-car market
• Have a proven track record in vehicle sales and closing deals
• Understand how to complete and submit vehicle finance applications accurately
• Be confident dealing with customers from first enquiry through to delivery
• Know how to identify a serious buyer and convert leads into sales
• Be extremely proactive with customer follow-ups
• Respond quickly to WhatsApp, Facebook, website and other sales leads
• Know how to use social media platforms to generate, advertise and promote vehicle sales
• Be comfortable creating and posting vehicle content online
• Be target-driven, competitive and hungry to earn
• Work well under pressure in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Have excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Be professional, reliable and presentable
• Be able to work independently without constant supervision
• Have your own initiative — we need salespeople, not people waiting to be told what to do

ADVANTAGES

COMMISSION ONLY

This is a COMMISSION-ONLY position.

There is NO basic salary and NO training provided.

Your earning potential is directly linked to your ability to generate leads, follow up, negotiate and close sales.

If you need to be trained on how to sell cars, this position is not for you.

If you already know the motor industry, understand customers, know how to work leads and know how to close deals — we want to hear from you.

IMPORTANT

DO NOT APPLY if you do not have at least 3 years of used-car sales experience.
