Job description
We are looking for motivated and experienced Tracking Agents to join our dynamic call centre team.
The successful candidates will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting tracking products and services, handling customer queries, and achieving set sales and performance targets.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous tracking experience is essential
- Call centre sales experience will be an advantage
- Experience with vehicle tracking products and services
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Computer literate
- Target-driven and highly motivated
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Matric certificate preferred
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contact potential and existing customers
- Promote and sell tracking products and services
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate customer information
- Follow all required sales and compliance procedures
- Provide excellent customer service
- Meet quality and performance standards
