Caregiver

KP Global is seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Caregivers to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. We are recruiting qualified and suitable candidates from across Africa who are interested in pursuing an international caregiving opportunity in Ireland.

The successful candidates will provide high-quality, respectful, and person-centred care while supporting clients with their daily activities, comfort, independence, and wellbeing.

Candidates without previous caregiving experience are welcome, provided they are willing to participate in and successfully complete the required online caregiver training.

Tasks

Provide personal care and day-to-day support to clients.Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and other personal-care needs. clients with meals, medication reminders, and daily routines as required.Provide companionship and emotional support.Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.Assist with household tasks related to the client's care.Observe and report changes in a client's condition or wellbeing.Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with relevant staff.Respect each client's dignity, privacy, independence, and cultural needs.

Requirements

Experienced Candidates

• Previous caregiving, healthcare, home-care, nursing-assistant, or related experience is an advantage.
• Relevant caregiving or healthcare qualifications are an advantage.

Candidates Without Experience

• Previous caregiving experience is not mandatory.
• Must have a genuine interest in working in the care sector.
• Must be willing to complete online caregiver training before commencing employment, where required.
• Must be committed to learning and developing the skills necessary to provide quality care.
