Job description
We are seeking compassionate, dedicated, and reliable Caregivers to join our growing team. The successful candidates will provide quality care and support to individuals requiring assistance with daily living activities while maintaining dignity, respect, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
Support clients with medication reminders and general wellbeing.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding where necessary.
Perform light housekeeping duties and maintain a safe environment.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behaviour.
Maintain accurate records and comply with organisational policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification.
Caregiver certificate or relevant healthcare qualification will be advantageous.
Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy personality.
Valid South African ID, passport, or work permit.
Police clearance certificate not older than three months.
