Carpet Cleaner

We are seeking a proactive Carpet Cleaner / Floor Care Specialist to join our internal, in-house operations team. This role is ideal for a self-directed individual who takes immense pride in maintaining a world-class, spotless environment and restoring corporate flooring to immaculate standards. Whether your background is as a specialized carpet technician, commercial cleaner, or facility support staff, you will act as the essential backbone of our daily office standard.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Specialized Floor & Carpet Care: Executing daily vacuuming, spot treatment, deep extraction, and encapsulation cleaning across all carpeted areas, rugs, and upholstered office furniture.
• Routine & Deep Cleaning: Performing scheduled deep-cleaning runs, stain removal, hard-floor care, and general surface sanitation to maintain an elite professional standard.
• Event & High-Traffic Maintenance: Managing pre- and post-event floor cleanups, addressing high-traffic spillages immediately, and keeping meeting rooms pristine for clients and workshops.
• Equipment & Chemical Management: Operating, cleaning, and maintaining commercial carpet extractors, steam cleaners, and buffer machines, while keeping track of specialized chemical inventory.
• Mobile Task Management: Using a mobile application to receive, update, and close off daily facility maintenance and carpet care tickets.

Requirements:

• Proven Discipline: A demonstrated track record of operating heavy-duty carpet cleaning machinery and managing physical tasks independently.
• Attention to Detail: Deep knowledge of various carpet fibers, stain treatment protocols, and commercial floor care techniques.

• Mobile Literacy: Ability to manage daily task checklists via mobile platforms.

Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will be:

• Organised and highly proactive in identifying high-traffic carpet wear and addressing stains before they set.
• Comfortable following structured chemical dilution and safety protocols to protect office flooring and indoor air quality.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively so deep extraction drying occurs outside peak office hours.
• Reliable and trustworthy when operating heavy equipment around office technology, furniture, and corporate spaces.
• Strong in basic communication, coordinating seamlessly with office management regarding machine maintenance and chemical supplies.
