Race Coast Western Cape is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Cash Control Supervisor to join our Finance Department. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate reconciliation of cash collections from branches and outlets, monitoring banking activities, allocating payments, and maintaining strong financial controls across the business.

What You'll Do
Cash control management:
· Manage relationships with outlet managers, area managers, Fidelity, BSC and compliance department
· Ensuring banking is done
· Collection reconciliations of cash by Fidelity from branches
· Allocation of actual banking received
· Keep records and documentation related to cash not banked
· Reconcile the outlet racing and the Lotto general ledger accounts
· Report any non-conformances and red flags
· Address any discrepancies and investigate variances
Cash control administrator:
· Prepare MPays, deposits, withdrawals, lotto and petty cash breakdown reports for journal processing
· Advise treasury of any discrepancies in bank statements
· Deal with any Fidelity queries
· Query incorrect banking functions used by operators
What You’ll Need
- Matric/ Grade 12/ Equivalent (required).
· A Diploma in Finance or equivalent.
· At least 2 - 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
· Computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite) (required).
· A clear criminal and credit record.

- Problem Solving: Anticipates problems, identifies root causes and takes corrective action. A proactive problem-solver who identifies, analyses, organises and solves problems in a timely and effective manner.
