• Greet customers as they enter the store and provide them with a positive shopping experience
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and debit payments
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products, promotions, and store policies
• Ensure that all products are scanned and priced accurately
• Handle returns and exchanges in a professional and courteous manner
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient store operations
• Follow all cash handling procedures and maintain a balanced cash drawer
• Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves when needed
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
