SUMMARY: Our client is looking for a friendly and dependable Cashier to provide excellent customer service while ensuring accurate cash handling and efficient point-of-sale operations.

POSITION INFO: Description: Process customer purchases accurately Handle cash, card and electronic payments Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift Issue receipts and process refunds where applicable Provide friendly and efficient customer service Maintain a clean and organised checkout area Assist customers with enquiries Promote current specials where applicable Follow company cash handling procedures Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric) Previous cashier or retail experience preferred Computer literate Experience operating a Point of Sale (POS) system advantageous Strong numerical skills Honest and trustworthy Excellent communication skills Ability to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays Please note only candidates that meet the minimum requirements will be considered.
