Job description

Our Fourways store is in need of hardworking and professional store assistant who are able to work retail hours, with excellent customer service and people skills. Must work well with a team and handle themselves well under pressure. The positions require impeccable customer relations and a good head for figures.

Description

The store assistant is responsible for delivering service excellence through efficient customer service, point of sale (POS) operation and merchandising that leads to a positive customer experience.

All position requires operating on POS point as well as being on the floor

Shop Outputs

Customer care: Deal with all customer queries and complaints in a caring, polite and professional manner at all times.
Merchandising
Receiving/Ordering Products
Minimize stock loss/damage/theft.
Following up on queries and discrepancies timeously.
Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment at all times.
Maintaining good customer relationships.
To efficiently execute all operational activities at the point of sale in a timely and efficient manner.
To maintain high levels of accuracy when scanning merchandise and collecting payment for goods purchased
To ensure the safe handling of cash at all times.
To make customers aware of promotions to help drive sales.
To ensure that the shop is neat and tidy at all times.
To ensure that the shelves are kept neat and tidy at all times.
To carry out general housekeeping duties.
To maintain updated knowledge on our products and promotions in order to provide the correct information to customers at all times.
Represent the Company in a professional manner at all times
Cleaning of stock and store in general
