Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing casino guests.
- Identify and recruit potential VIP players.
- Monitor player activity and evaluate guest worthiness for comps and rewards.
- Arrange complimentary services such as hotel accommodations, meals, entertainment, transportation, and special events.
- Resolve guest complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Promote casino promotions, tournaments, and special events.
- Coordinate with hotel, food and beverage, marketing, and gaming departments to meet guest needs.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, preferences, and gaming activity.
- Meet or exceed player development and revenue goals.
- Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate's or bachelor's degree preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or casino operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with player tracking systems.
- Must qualify for any required gaming license or work permit.
- Required language: German & English
Pay: R10 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
