About the Role:
As a Flower Truck Assistant, you'll be the face of our business, helping customers choose flowers, preparing our signature refreshments, and ensuring every visitor enjoys a welcoming experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with flower purchases.
Prepare and serve refreshments (full training provided).
Process customer payments.
Restock flowers, drinks, and supplies throughout the day.
Keep the truck clean, organised, and beautifully presented.
Deliver outstanding customer service with a positive attitude.
Requirements:
Friendly, confident, and approachable personality.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work weekends, markets, and occasional public holidays.
Must have reliable transport to and from Durbanville.
