St Catherine’s is an independent Catholic School for girls from Grade 0000 to Grade 12. We are situated in Florida, Johannesburg. St Catherine's has a caring ethos in the Dominican tradition, and a record of high quality values-based education.
Role Description
We invite applications for the position of CAT (Computer Application Technology), Coding and Robotics for Grades 8 – 12 and (Afrikaans First Additional Language (FAL) Educator for Grades 8 - 9.
The applicant should:
· Be a practising Catholic and/or have an understanding of Catholic values in addition to being
committed to nurturing and developing the ethos and mission of the school.
· Have suitable academic and professional qualifications.
· Have relevant experience in teaching CAT, Coding & Robotics and Afrikaans.
· Be familiar with the IEB SAGS and CAPS.
· Have an understanding of current developments in education.
· Possess strong leadership, interpersonal and organisational skills.
· Be able to provide the school with a police clearance certificate.
· Be registered with SACE.
· Be prepared to lead and assist in various extra-curricular activities.
Starting Date: 01 January 2027
