Fedics is in search of a Catering Manager to oversee the day-to-day operational management of a Key Account. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high-quality standard of deliverables in line with site specific SLA’s, manage client relations, perform site visits, support and develop the site management. Overall responsibility is to ensure the site is managed according to budgeted costings and growth targets and to ensure all standards are adhered to in line with best practices.

Duties & Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day catering operations of the unit. Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service. Lead, motivate, train, and develop catering teams. Control food, labour, and operational costs within budget. Oversee stock management, ordering, and inventory control. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Coordinate and manage special functions and events. Prepare operational and financial reports and ensure efficient administration.### Skills and Competencies

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Relevant tertiary culinary qualification
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar management role
• Experience with financial and accounting systems
• Healthcare catering experience will be advantageous
• Ability to work long hours in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work weekends when operationally required
