Job description
A catering manager directs and coordinates all food service operations, from event logistics and menu planning to staff supervision. They consult with clients, oversee food preparation and service, manage budgets, and ensure strict compliance with health and safety standards
Pay: R9 317,42 - R30 468,81 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
Education:
- Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
- Strictly catering: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Catering (Required)
