Cellc Agent

We are looking for energetic, motivated and target-driven Call Centre Sales Agents to join our Cell C sales campaign. The successful candidates will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting Cell C products and services, and achieving daily and monthly sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Promote and sell Cell C products and services.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Clearly explain product features, benefits, pricing and terms.
• Handle customer objections professionally and effectively.
• Follow the required sales script and verification procedures.
• Capture accurate customer information and sales details.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain excellent customer service throughout every interaction.
• Follow all company, campaign and compliance procedures.
• Attend training, coaching and performance sessions as required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous call centre sales experience is advantageous.
• Cell C product or telecommunications experience will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Good computer skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven and highly motivated.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional telephone manner.
• Matric certificate preferred.
