Job description
Position: Cell C Sales Agent
Experience Required: 3–6 months call centre sales experience
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to new and existing customers.
- Promote and sell Cell C products and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable packages.
- Handle customer objections professionally and effectively.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Accurately capture customer information and sales details.
- Follow all campaign, compliance and quality requirements.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
Requirements
- 3–6 months’ call centre sales experience required.
- Previous telecommunications sales experience will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven and highly motivated.
- Good computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Matric certificate advantageous.
