CFM Coordinator

Join our Fragrance Development Team as a CFM Coordinator, supporting the team with administrative and coordination tasks to ensure efficient operations. Your role will involve stakeholder coordination, facilitate smooth project lifecycles, and streamline fragrance development processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage requests for fragrance oils and application samples in internal systems
• Coordinate evaluation sessions and provide necessary setup support
• Consolidate, package, and dispatch samples to various locations
• Maintain fragrance library and update records
• Collaborate with Sales support team for project-related information
• Schedule meetings, take notes, and prepare minutes
• Follow up with team members to ensure task completion
• Manage office supplies inventory and order as needed
• Coordinate travel arrangements for the team
• Organize fragrance kits, smelling sessions, and exhibitions
• Purchase project-related items and manage inventory
• Arrange visitor arrangements and office events
• Assist with inbox maintenance and compile reports
• Support data analysis and presentation preparation
• Liaise with development teams for project support and completion Requirements:
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in administration
• Effective time management abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and follow instructions
• Motivated and positive team player
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Tertiary education preferred or relevant experience supporting listed tasks Preference will be given to EE Candidates
