VACANCY: CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)
Company: On Point Logistics and Projects (Pty) Ltd
Location: Pretoria, Gauteng
Closing Date: 26 October 2026

On Point Logistics and Projects is establishing an executive team to support its implementation and operational growth. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer to lead the company’s financial management, planning, governance and reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy.
Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
Monitor cash flow, working capital and expenditure.
Prepare management accounts, financial statements and executive reports.
Maintain accurate financial models and long-term projections.
Coordinate company audits and tax-compliance processes.
Establish appropriate internal financial and procurement controls.
Ensure compliance with applicable financial and statutory requirements.
Manage relationships with banks, auditors, accountants and other financial stakeholders.
Identify financial risks and recommend corrective measures.
Recruit and develop the finance function as the company expands.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management or a related field.
At least 7–10 years of relevant finance experience.
Previous senior financial-management or executive experience.
Strong financial modelling, budgeting and analytical capabilities.
Sound knowledge of taxation, auditing, compliance and financial reporting.
Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA, SAIPA registration or an MBA will be advantageous.
