Change & Communications Lead

Disruptive IT is currently sourcing an experienced Change & Communications Lead for a large-scale HR and Payroll Transformation Programme involving SAP SuccessFactors and PaySpace implementations across multiple countries.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving organisational change, stakeholder engagement, communications, business readiness, and user adoption throughout the programme lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

* Define and execute the overall Organisational Change Management (OCM) strategy

* Develop and implement stakeholder engagement and communication plans

* Lead change impact assessments and readiness activities

* Drive adoption and change interventions across programme phases

* Partner with executive leadership and key business stakeholders

* Establish and manage change champion networks

* Monitor adoption metrics and business readiness KPIs

* Support go-live, hypercare, and transition to business-as-usual operations

* Coordinate change activities across multiple countries and business units

Minimum Requirements

* 8+ years’ experience in Change Management, Organisational Change Management (OCM), or Change Leadership roles

* Demonstrated experience leading large-scale ERP, HR, Payroll, or Digital Transformation programmes

* Strong executive-level stakeholder engagement experience

* Proven experience developing and executing communication strategies

* Experience conducting change impact assessments and readiness evaluations

* Experience supporting multi-country or regional transformation programmes

* Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

Advantageous

* PROSCI and/or ADKAR Certification

* SAP SuccessFactors implementation experience

* PaySpace implementation experience

* HR, Payroll, ERP, or HCM transformation experience

* Consulting background within large transformation programmes
