Change Management Consultant - Contract position

We are seeking a high-calibre Change Management Consultant to support a client assignment over a three-month period.

The consultant will help translate change objectives into practical actions, engage stakeholders and support the implementation and embedding of organisational change.

Key responsibilities

Assess change impacts, stakeholder needs and organisational readiness.

Develop practical change-management plans aligned with client objectives.

Support stakeholder engagement, communication, workshops and facilitation.

Work with leaders, project teams and affected employees to build understanding and commitment.

Track progress, gather feedback, identify risks and recommend adjustments.

Prepare clear, evidence-based reports, presentations and client deliverables.

Support capability transfer so that change can be sustained beyond the assignment.

Requirements

Relevant qualification in change management, organisational development, human resources, business or a related field.

Demonstrated experience delivering change-management work in a consulting or complex organisational environment.

Strong stakeholder-engagement, facilitation, communication, analysis and report-writing skills.

Ability to work independently, manage deadlines and collaborate with senior stakeholders.

A practical, evidence-based approach with the ability to turn analysis into implementable actions.

Experience in strategy implementation, organisational transformation, process change or leadership alignment will be an advantage.

Pay: R20 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month
