Change Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Change Management Specialist to lead and support organisational change initiatives. The successful candidate will develop and implement change management strategies that facilitate successful adoption of new business processes, systems, and organisational initiatives while minimising disruption and maximising employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
• Conduct organisational change impact assessments and readiness assessments.
• Identify and engage key stakeholders throughout the change lifecycle.
• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
• Design and facilitate training programmes and user adoption initiatives.
• Create change management tools, communication materials, and training documentation.
• Monitor user adoption and change effectiveness through appropriate metrics.
• Identify and manage change-related risks and resistance.
• Collaborate with project teams, business leaders, and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to managers and employees during change initiatives.
• Prepare progress reports and present updates to project governance structures.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (NQF Level 7) in:
• Change Management
• Human Resources
• Organisational Development
• Business Administration
• Communications
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in:
• Organisational Change Management
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Change Communications
• User Training and Adoption
• Demonstrated experience implementing enterprise-wide change initiatives.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary project environments.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
