Role Purpose:
The Change Manager is responsible for leading organisational change management, stakeholder engagement, business readiness, communication, training enablement, and adoption activities across strategic enterprise initiatives within the Eduvos E-PMO portfolio. The role ensures that organisational change impacts are proactively identified, assessed, managed, governed, and embedded to maximise successful delivery outcomes, business adoption, operational readiness, and long-term value realisation.
The role forms part of the enterprise delivery enablement capability within the E-PMO and supports strategic initiatives requiring significant organisational change management, executive engagement, behavioural change, process transformation, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional coordination.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications / Education / Certification :
- Honours Degree | Postgraduate in Organisational Change Management, Business Management, Psychology, Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Communications, Information Systems, Project Management or a related field.
- Preferred certifications: Prosci / ADKAR, APMG Change Management, CCMP, Agile Change, PRINCE2 / PMP / AgilePM, Lean / Continuous Improvement.
- Additional training in facilitation, stakeholder engagement, communications, training design or adoption analytics would be advantageous.
Experience :
- 5+ years' relevant experience in organisational change management, transformation, stakeholder engagement, communications, training/adoption, business readiness or project/change delivery.
- Experience supporting IT-enabled transformation, enterprise systems, operating model change, process change or digital adoption initiatives.
- Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments with business, technology, vendor and leadership stakeholders.
- Experience in Higher Education or similarly complex service environments would be advantageous.
Duties and Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead organisational change management activities across strategic enterprise initiatives and programmes.
- Develop and execute enterprise change management strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communication plans, and adoption roadmaps.
- Conduct organisational change impact assessments, stakeholder assessments, and business readiness evaluations.
- Coordinate business readiness activities including communication, training coordination, awareness campaigns, and transition planning.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement workshops, alignment sessions, impact reviews, executive engagement sessions, and change planning activities.
- Support Senior Managers, Project Managers, Project Leads, and delivery teams with change planning, adoption management, and stakeholder coordination activities.
- Support governance forums, SteerCo sessions, Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), and EPMO reporting activities from a change management perspective.
- Support the Demand Management and Single Front Door process through early-stage change impact assessments and organisational readiness considerations.
- Track change adoption, stakeholder engagement, training participation, readiness levels, and change effectiveness metrics.
- Identify change resistance, adoption risks, communication gaps, stakeholder concerns, or organisational readiness risks and escalate where required.
- Support post-implementation reviews and lessons learnt activities to assess organisational adoption and business transition success.
- Contribute towards continuous improvement, governance maturity, organisational change capability uplift, and stakeholder engagement maturity across Eduvos IT.
