Chefs and Kitchen Team - Helderkruin and Little Falls

Are you passionate about food and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment? We’re looking for skilled and motivated Chefs, Kitchen Prep and Grillers to join our Helderkruin and Little Falls team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Preparing and cooking breakfast and lunch menu items
• Working efficiently in both hot and cold kitchen sections
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene standards and food safety regulations
• Following recipes to maintain consistency and quality
• Maintaining hygiene and presentation standards
• Upholding company standards in a busy kitchen environment

• Semi-skilled to skilled kitchen professionals
• Reliable and team-oriented
• Good communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong commitment to quality
• Be able to perform calmly and efficiently under pressure to meet service deadlines
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations

Minimum Requirements:

• Experienced and Reliable: Minimum of 2+ years in a restaurant or commercial kitchen.
• Flexible & Committed: Must be willing to work shifts including weekends and public holidays
• South African Citizen with valid ID docs - living in Helderkruin or Little Falls or able to relocate.
• Matric / Grade 12 qualification
• Culinary qualification will be advantageous
• Clear criminal and credit record with contactable references
