Chief Financial Officer

NFD Consulting (Pty) Ltd is seeking to appoint an experienced and suitably qualified Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic financial leadership and oversee the Company’s financial management, reporting, controls and compliance functions.

Minimum Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) qualification.
• Must be currently registered with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA).
• Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, financial reporting, budgeting, financial controls and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to provide strategic financial guidance and support business decision-making.
• Excellent analytical, leadership and communication skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the Company’s finance function.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow management.
• Prepare and review financial reports and management accounts.
• Ensure effective financial controls and compliance with applicable legislation and accounting standards.
• Monitor the Company’s financial performance and provide management with financial insights and recommendations.
• Oversee tax, audit and statutory financial requirements.
• Manage financial risks and support the Company’s overall strategic objectives.
• Lead and develop the finance team and ensure effective financial processes and systems.
