- Oversee paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn, including audience targeting, creative strategy, testing and budget allocation.
- Optimise marketing funnels, landing pages and customer journeys to improve conversion rates, customer acquisition costs and return on advertising spend.
- Develop and manage an organic content strategy that builds credibility and engagement among professionals in privacy, technology and compliance.
- Oversee targeted cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to generate interest and drive training purchases.
- Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
- Establish reporting processes to measure campaign performance, marketing-generated revenue, conversion rates and acquisition costs.
- Analyse marketing data, identify opportunities for improvement and implement structured testing to optimise performance.
- Work closely with senior leadership to communicate marketing results, recommend investment priorities and support commercial decision-making.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chief Marketing Officer, Head of Marketing, Marketing Director or similar senior marketing leader with responsibility for strategy, customer acquisition and performance
- Demonstrable success developing and executing digital marketing strategies that generate measurable revenue growth.
- Strong experience marketing to professional audiences, ideally within B2B, technology, professional services, education or related sectors.
- Excellent practical knowledge of paid advertising, particularly Meta and LinkedIn, including campaign optimisation, audience targeting and performance analysis.
- Strong understanding of email marketing, marketing automation, segmentation and customer nurture strategies.
- Experience developing content marketing strategies and managing outbound campaigns through email and LinkedIn.
- A solid understanding of conversion rate optimisation, landing page performance and digital marketing funnels.
- Experience managing small marketing teams and coordinating specialist freelancers or external agencies.
- Ability to provide clear direction, evaluate creative and technical work, and hold marketing specialists accountable for results.
- Strong commercial awareness, with experience managing marketing budgets, analysing performance metrics and prioritising investment.
