Children's Entertainer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a high-energy, enthusiastic, and engaging party entertainer & event instructor to join our team, specializing in providing unforgettable parties for kids & adrenaline fueled team building events. The ideal candidate will have a passion for entertainment, a strong ability to engage with children, and the skills to lead and facilitate action-packed Blaster Wars games. This role requires someone who can create a fun, safe, and exciting environment, ensuring every child feels like a hero in their own adventure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Host and entertain children at parties, ensuring a memorable and thrilling experience.
• Lead and organize games, including setting up safe play areas, explaining rules, and supervising activities to ensure safety at all times.
• Engage with children of various ages, adapting your approach to suit different age groups and personalities.
• Create a dynamic and positive environment, encouraging participation and ensuring every child is included.
• Coordinate with parents and venue staff to ensure parties run smoothly, addressing any needs or concerns promptly.
• Assist with the setup and takedown of party equipment, ensuring all materials are handled with care and stored properly after events.
• Provide feedback to the management team on party experiences, including any suggestions for improvements or new game ideas.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in children’s entertainment, teaching, or a similar role preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with children and adults alike.
• Energetic and physically fit, comfortable with active play and able to keep up with children throughout the party.
• A strong sense of responsibility with an emphasis on safety and child welfare.
• Creativity and the ability to improvise, making each party unique and exciting.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours, as most parties occur on weekends.
• Background check clearance is a must, as the role involves working closely with children.
• First aid certification is highly regarded.
