Job Description Main Purpose

Receive incoming calls to assist customers with their Pet Insurance claims and customer service queries

Requirements and Responsibilites:

Clear verbal and written communication for customer-facing conversations
- Working knowledge of policy servicing, billing, and claims processes
  - Proficiency with CRM and case/ticket management systems
  - Ability to guide customers through claim submission and coverage questions
  - Accuracy and attention to detail in billing and policy handling
  - Experienced across voice, email, and chat channels

Experience Required

18 Months Customer Service / Call Centre Experience with preference in Insurance
