Job Description Main Purpose Receive incoming calls to assist customers with their Pet Insurance claims and customer service queries

Requirements and Responsibilites:

Clear verbal and written communication for customer-facing conversations
Working knowledge of policy servicing, billing, and claims processes
Proficiency with CRM and case/ticket management systems
Ability to guide customers through claim submission and coverage questions
Accuracy and attention to detail in billing and policy handling
Experienced across voice, email, and chat channels

Experience Required 18 Months Customer Service / Call Centre Experience with preference in Insurance
