Job description

Thesl, a fast-growing procurement solution company, based in Somerset West requires a professional and vibrant customer support agent.

Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12)
Able to communicate in English and Afrikaans
Computer literate
Must be able to work in a team environment
Call centre or retail experience will be advantageous
No criminal record
Must be based in Helderberg area or have their own transport if based outside Helderberg region or within easy public transport range
Able to work under pressure

General Task:

Offer clients product and system support
Deal with customer queries.
Manage emails and incoming calls

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, with alternate Saturdays from 09:00–13:00.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R7 000,00 - R10 000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Somerset West, Western Cape 7130: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
