SHORT-TERM RENTAL CLEANER

Join our growing professional cleaning team.

We are looking for reliable, hardworking and detail-oriented cleaners to join our short-term rental cleaning team.

Our cleaners are responsible for preparing Airbnb and short-term rental properties to a high standard so that every guest arrives to a clean, fresh and professionally presented home.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Clean and prepare Airbnb and short-term rental properties between guests
Thoroughly clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and living areas
Change and make beds to hotel-style standards
Vacuum, sweep and mop floors
Clean mirrors, windows and glass surfaces
Dust furniture and surfaces
Clean and disinfect bathrooms and kitchens
Check that the property is guest-ready before leaving
Report damage, maintenance issues or missing items
Restock toiletries, cleaning supplies and guest essentials when required
Follow property-specific cleaning checklists
Take before/after photos when required
Maintain a consistently high standard of cleanliness

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Essential:

Previous cleaning experience preferred
Excellent attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
Honest and trustworthy
Able to work independently
Good communication skills
Able to follow detailed instructions and checklists
Comfortable working in different residential properties
Own reliable transport is an advantage
Smartphone with WhatsApp required

Experience in Airbnb, hotel, guesthouse or residential cleaning is a major advantage.

You understand that an Airbnb cleaner isn’t simply there to “clean” — the property needs to look fresh, spotless and guest-ready every time.

WORKING HOURS

Work is primarily based around guest check-outs and check-ins, meaning hours may vary depending on bookings.

Weekend and public-holiday availability may occasionally be required.

PAY

Competitive per-property rates, depending on the size, condition and requirements of each property.
