Salary: Minimum wage of R33.27 per hour / R1,497.15 per week (plus specialized allowances for Team Leader)
Working Hours: 45 hours per week
ABOUT THE ROLESKhozer0 Projects is seeking six (6) dedicated, experienced commercial cleaners to join our team for a high-profile corporate contract.
The team will consist of:
- 2 x Cleaner / Team Leader (Supervisor): Responsible for managing resources, conducting weekly feedback meetings, and compiling written inspection reports.
- 8x Commercial Cleaners: Responsible for professional floor maintenance, carpet cleaning, deep dusting, restroom sanitization, canteen services, and general office upkeep.
IKEY REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of continuous experience working as a cleaner in a commercial, corporate, or industrial office environment.
- For Supervisor Role: Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a supervisory or team leader capacity within the commercial cleaning sector.
- Skills: Proven experience with heavy-duty industrial cleaning equipment (industrial wet/dry carpet vacuum cleaners).
- Traits: Exceptionally punctual (critical tasks must be completed before 08:00 AM daily), reliable, and professional.
