Position Overview

As a Client Communication Intern, you will be the first point of contact for many of our clients. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls, answer client questions, follow up with prospects, schedule appointments, and support our advisors in providing an outstanding customer experience.

This internship is designed to develop your communication, sales, customer service, and professional skills while working in a fast-paced remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally.
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
• Schedule appointments for insurance advisors.
• Follow up on client enquiries and applications.
• Maintain accurate client records within company systems.
• Resolve basic customer concerns or escalate when necessary.
• Meet daily and weekly call activity targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every interaction.
• Represent the GWB Legacy brand professionally.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who:

• Are currently studying or recently graduated (preferred but not mandatory)
• Have excellent spoken English.
• Have a neutral, easy-to-understand accent.
• Are confident speaking with people over the phone.
• Have strong listening and communication skills.
• Are professional, positive, and eager to learn.
• Have access to reliable internet and a quiet working environment.
• Own a laptop or desktop computer.
• Are available to work remotely during assigned hours.
