Job description
To lead the coordination and execution of operational processes that ensure client satisfaction. Further, to collaborate with internal teams to manage operational budgets, KPIs, and service enhancements while leveraging persuasive skills to influence outcomes and meet client expectations.
Client Engagement:
Conduct regular client reviews, develop actionable insights, and drive ongoing improvements in service levels and business outcomes
Attend key client meetings alongside the Business Lead to provide operational input, understand client needs, and suggest business-building opportunities
Proactively engage with clients to resolve issues, manage expectations, and communicate key information on sales, service levels, forecasts, and allocations
Collaborate with clients to identify market opportunities, provide strategic recommendations, and optimise service offerings to support mutual growth
Maintain a continuous focus on strengthening client relationships and improving operational delivery through innovative solutions and stakeholder engagement
