YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Welcoming every client with warmth and professionalism.
- Managing appointments and our booking system.
- Answering calls, WhatsApp messages, and online enquiries.
- Following up on leads and converting enquiries into bookings.
- Rebooking clients before they leave.
- Promoting wellness programmes, memberships, and skincare products.
- Assisting with retail sales.
- Following up with existing clients.
- Helping us grow our wellness division.
- Ensuring every client leaves feeling valued and excited to return.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
- Has exceptional people skills.
- Is naturally organised.
- Loves sales and customer service.
- Is confident using a computer and social media.
- Learns quickly.
- Has excellent communication skills.
