Client Intake & Sales Coordinator

Location: Remote

Compensation: $1,250/ month

Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week aligned with U.S. business hours

Role Overview

We are looking for a South Africa-based Client Intake & Sales Coordinator to support a home care office in the United States.

This person will be one of the first points of contact for prospective clients and their families. They will

answer inbound inquiries, understand each family's situation and care needs, clearly explain the services

available, conduct initial intake, follow up with leads, handle objections, and help convert qualified inquiries

into new clients.

This is a relationship-based sales role, not a high-pressure sales position. The ideal candidate is warm,

patient, empathetic, and reassuring, while also being confident enough to guide conversations, address

concerns, and ask for the business when appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from prospective clients and family members
• Build trust and rapport with seniors and family decision-makers
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand the family's situation, needs, concerns, and urgency
• Conduct initial client intakes and accurately gather required information
• Clearly and confidently explain the company's services, care options, process, and value proposition
• Help prospective clients understand which services may best fit their needs
• Handle objections and concerns professionally, including questions around cost, timing, services, and whether home care is the right solution
• Respond to hesitation in an empathetic but confident manner and help families work through their concerns
• Consistently follow up with leads who are not ready to make an immediate decision
• Recognize buying signals and opportunities to move the conversation forward
• Confidently ask for the business and appropriate next step
• Help convert qualified inquiries into onboarded clients
• Maintain accurate lead, intake, and follow-up documentation
• Coordinate closely with the U.S.-based office team throughout the intake and onboarding process
• Provide additional administrative and client communication support as required
