Job description

We are looking for a confident, driven, and people-focused individual who can build strong client relationships, solve problems, and deliver exceptional service. No previous experience is required; training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Manage client communication and handle queries professionally.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Understand client needs and provide effective solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Resolve issues quickly and professionally.
Support client retention and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

Valid Drivers license and own reliable vehicle is essential.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Confident, proactive, and self-motivated.
Ability to work under pressure.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
Full-time position.

Salary

R6,000 – R14,000 per month

Pay: R6 000,00 - R14 000,00 per month
