We are seeking a proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven Client Liaison to join our team. The ideal candidate is adaptable, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering exceptional client service while building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships by understanding their business needs and providing tailored support.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and high levels of client satisfaction.
• Communicate client feedback, requirements, and expectations to relevant internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients.
• Work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition into service.
• Monitor client accounts and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support client retention and business growth.
• Resolve client issues and concerns efficiently, ensuring positive outcomes and maintaining strong client relationships.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Client Liaison or similar client-facing role (preferred).
• Proven experience in a customer-focused environment, preferably within a similar industry.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the capacity to perform effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to respond to changing client needs and priorities.
• Knowledge of sales principles and client relationship management will be advantageous.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00

This is a full-time, office-based position.

Salary

Salary: R6,000 – R14,000 per month, depending on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.

Pay: R6 000,00 - R14 000,00 per month
