Location: Remote (South Africa)
Compensation
- South Africa: $1,300 - $1,600 USD/month
- Potential performance incentives/commission structure optional based on business development success

We are seeking a highly professional Client Liaison to act as the bridge between our U.S. clients and overseas production teams while also supporting business development and growth initiatives.
This is a hybrid operations-and-growth role suited for someone who combines strong communication skills, operational organization, and commercial instinct.
Role Overview
The Client Liaison (Operations & Business Development) will serve as the primary communication bridge between U.S.-based clients and manufacturing teams in Pakistan while also supporting outbound lead generation and business development efforts.
This role requires someone capable of managing active client relationships, production coordination, and operational follow-through while simultaneously identifying and engaging new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, commercially minded, proactive, and capable of maintaining polished, “U.S.-level” communication standards across all interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Factory Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, updates, and operational coordination
- Liaise directly with factory and production teams in Pakistan regarding timelines, production progress, and deliverables
- Translate client requests and specifications into clear operational instructions for manufacturing teams
- Track orders, production milestones, and shipment timelines to ensure smooth execution
- Provide professional status updates and manage client expectations proactively
- Escalate production or operational issues promptly while coordinating solutions across teams
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Research and identify prospective B2B clients within the U.S. textile, apparel, merchandising, and retail sectors
- Build targeted lead lists using LinkedIn, directories, and outbound research tools
- Identify key decision-makers and execute cold outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn
- Support appointment setting and meeting coordination for leadership
- Maintain organized CRM records and outreach tracking
- Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture potential opportunities
Operational Administration
- Maintain organized records of orders, client communications, and production updates
- Coordinate across multiple time zones and stakeholders
- Support reporting and internal operational workflows
- Ensure clear communication between all parties involved in active projects
- Assist leadership with operational follow-through and task coordination
Required Hard Skills
- 3+ years experience in client management, operations coordination, account management, business development, or similar roles
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills required
- Experience handling client-facing communication with U.S.-based customers preferred
- Comfortable conducting outbound prospecting and lead generation activities
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and CRM systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects and conversations simultaneously
- Comfortable working across international teams and time zones
