Client Liaison – Team Building, Team Activations & Events
Blue Naartjie is seeking an experienced and highly organised Client Liaison with proven experience in the team building, team activations, and events industry.
This is a non-negotiable requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing client enquiries from initial brief through to event delivery
- Preparing and following up on quotations and proposals
- Liaising with corporate clients, venues, suppliers, and facilitators
- Coordinating logistics, event schedules, and activity requirements
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and administration
- Ensuring exceptional client service and communication throughout the client journey
- Supporting the operations team to ensure seamless event execution
Minimum Requirements:
- 1–2 years' proven experience in a client liaison role within a team building, team activation, or events company
- Strong administration, coordination, and organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional telephone and email etiquette
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
