Client Onboarding Specialist (SaaS) - South Africa

Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist with 2–3 years of experience in client onboarding and client management within a SaaS environment. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, has remote work experience, and can effectively support clients throughout their onboarding journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide new clients through the onboarding and implementation process.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure successful product adoption and client satisfaction.
• Address client inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Track onboarding progress and maintain accurate client records in CRM systems.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in Client Onboarding, Client Success, or Account Management.
• Previous SaaS experience.
• Experience using CRM systems and client management tools.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Experience working remotely.
• Ability to work within the Eastern Time Zone (EST/ET).
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: R1 000,00 - R1 200,00 per month
