Job Description:
We are looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist with 2–3 years of experience in client onboarding and client management within a SaaS environment. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, has remote work experience, and can effectively support clients throughout their onboarding journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide new clients through the onboarding and implementation process.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure successful product adoption and client satisfaction.
- Address client inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Track onboarding progress and maintain accurate client records in CRM systems.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in Client Onboarding, Client Success, or Account Management.
- Previous SaaS experience.
- Experience using CRM systems and client management tools.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Experience working remotely.
- Ability to work within the Eastern Time Zone (EST/ET).
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: From R13 300,00 per month
