GOTO Group is looking for an organised and analytical Account Manager (Operational Support) to join our growing team in Cape Town.

The Role

As an Account Manager (Operational Support), you'll provide operational support across a portfolio of accounts. You'll monitor performance, prepare reports, investigate issues, coordinate actions across internal teams and help ensure clients receive a consistently high level of service.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analysing information, identifying trends and working collaboratively to resolve issues before they become bigger problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate client and account information within our CRM system.
• Produce regular reports and monitor account performance.
• Investigate operational issues and coordinate solutions with internal teams.
• Monitor outstanding actions and ensure they are completed on time.
• Prepare meeting packs, reports and performance updates.
• Support the onboarding of new clients and account changes.
• Respond to day-to-day operational queries from internal stakeholders.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.
• Work closely with multiple departments to ensure a seamless client experience.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working with data and people.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Previous experience in account management, client services, sales support or business operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal English.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach and strong attention to detail.

Experience in the legal or property sector would be an advantage but isn't essential.

Working Hours

This position is based in our Foreshore, Cape Town office and follows UK business hours.

This is a fully office-based role. We do not offer remote or hybrid working for this position.

Pay: Up to R30 000,00 per month
