Full Job Description

Netto Invest is seeking a detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a highly collaborative team setting to join our team as a Portfolio Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks that comprise the administrative service offering to clients. Our ideal candidate possesses excellent relationship management, initiative, and administrative skills.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Relevant tertiary qualification and a passion for the financial services industry
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Investment Administration or Portfolio Administration role
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) is essential
  • Understanding of the SA investment industry and relevant platforms is advantageous

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily tasks and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and maintain strong client and service provider relationships
  • Provide support with client and service provider onboarding
  • Maintain accurate client and service provider records on the CRM
  • Ensure accurate and timeous collection and monitoring of client compliance (e.g., FICA, FAIS)
  • Take ownership of internal and external queries, resolving them timeously and effectively
  • Update and maintain detailed documentation of procedures and workflows
  • Continuously assess operational processes to increase efficiency
  • Carry out any other ad-hoc administrative duties effectively and efficiently

Base Salary Compensation Range

ZAR 216,000.00-300,000.00 per annum

Market related salary according to relevant industry experience

Pay: R18 000,00 - R25 000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pinelands, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelors (Required)

Experience:

  • Investment Administration: 2 years (Required)

Work Location: In person
