Client Service Consultant

We are looking for a Client Service Consultant to join our team and become an important point of contact between our business and its clients.

This is a people-focused position for someone who enjoys communicating, building relationships, and making sure clients receive a professional and positive experience.

You will work closely with clients throughout their journey — from initial communication and understanding their needs, through to follow-ups and ongoing support.

Your role will include:

• Communicating with new and existing clients
• Building and maintaining positive client relationships
• Understanding client needs and providing suitable solutions
• Responding to client questions and assisting with queries
• Following up with clients and keeping them informed
• Coordinating appointments and client requirements
• Maintaining accurate client information and records
• Identifying opportunities to further assist existing clients
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are addressed
• Representing the company professionally in all client interactions

Requirements:

• Previous experience in client service, customer service, sales, administration, retail or a similar role will be advantageous
• Strong communication skills
• Good computer literacy
• Professional telephone and written communication
• Valid Code 8 driver's licence
• Own reliable vehicle
• Own laptop
• Comfortable travelling locally when required

What we offer:

Basic Salary + Petrol Allowance + Car Allowance + Toll Allowance

Monday – Friday | 08:00 – 17:00
