Client Service Officer

Introduction

A well known company based in Sandton is looking to add a Client Services Officer to their team

Duties

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client enquiries and requests.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
• Coordinate client onboarding, service requests, and account administration.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and service documentation where required.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Resolve client queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Monitor service delivery and provide clients with regular updates.
• Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM or company database.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Prepare client reports and assist with administrative duties.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality requirements, and service standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Diploma or Certificate in Customer Service, Business Administration or a related field is advantageous.
• 2 years' experience in client services, customer service, account management, or administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
